Stamp duty land tax submission – our fee for completing your stamp duty land tax return to the Inland Revenue via their secure website. Please note that the Revenue require a return to be made in every case, even where no stamp duty is payable.

ID Fee

ID fee – this is our fee for checking and verifying your identity online, which usually avoids the need for you to visit us with or send to us your original identity documents.

Digital Conveyancing fee

Digital Conveyancing fee – this is our fee for providing a range of online IT facilities, protection and support to enhance our customer experience. These include our case management system’s secure portal, electronic signatures to forms wherever possible, cyber-crime risk reduction measures and procedures.

Search Bundle

Search bundle – this includes a local authority search, a water & drainage search and an environmental search.

Land Registry Fees

Land Registry fees – If the property you are buying is brand new or currently unregistered at Land Registry, then a higher Land Registry fee will apply. In the above example the higher fee would be £330.

Chancel Insurance
